What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All items are sent via standard delivery. We are based in Portugal so please allow additional transport time for European orders.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At present we are only shipping to Mainland Portugal and Europe. We hope to deliver internationally in the future.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders to Mainland Portugal will be sent via CTT and should take no longer than 3-5 days. Orders being delivered outside of Mainland Portugal will take slightly longer, between 5-7 days.

How do I place an Order?
Orders can be placed online or in person to those who are located near to us.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Orders are printed on demand so please contact us via email (info@3whitelights.eu) within 3 hours of placing your order if there is a problem.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest.
How Do I Track My Order?
If you have opted for tracking then you will be sent tracking information to the email address you provided at the time of placing your order.
How Can I Return a Product?
We offer a 14 day returns policy but the item must be unworn in order to recieve a refund. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded.
